Project name: USA: Colorado Downtown Westminster Reduced Energy District project
Project description:

The City of Westminster is looking for a private partner to design, build, finance and operate new downtown energy infrastructure, delivering a range of energy resources to reduce consumption and the emissions related to non-renewable fuels.

The authority is developing Downtown Westminster into a high density, mixed-use community with plans to also offer office, hotel and conference center space.

The city  will be accepting interest until July 27.
