Project description:

The Fraser Health Authority (FHA) is seeking anadvisor for the planning, procurement, implementation and closeout of Phase 2/3 of the Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment project in New Westminster.

FHA received government approval of the business plan for Phases 2 and 3.  Phase 2 has a budget of $580m and is to be procured under a design-build-finance-maintain model.
