Project name: Mexico: Texcoco to Zacatepec road P3
Project description:

Mexico’s Ministry of Communications and Transport (SCT) has launched the road project under a P3 scheme, covering the route from Texcoco to Zacatepec.

The project will run under a 10-year concession, where the firms awarded will be responsible for the maintenance and finance the roads.   

Companies interested have until April 20 to submit proposals, when the technical documents will be open. Economic proposals will be opened on May 3. Works are expected to start in July.
