Project name: Canada: Niagara waterfront development
Project description:

The Niagara Parks Commission is seeking private partners to design, build, finance and operate a waterfront marina for its Niagara Parks Marina facilities at Miller’s Creek. 

Under the plans, the project will proceed under a performance-based long term lease. The waterfront, just 22km south of the Horseshoe Falls in Fort Erie, will enable tourists to navigate hundreds of kilometres of lakes, rivers and canals across Canada and the US.

The authority will be accepting submissions until June 30.
